Jaber is a Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence, currently focusing on large language models and their applications in health informatics. He recently earned his PhD from the Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering at the University of Florida. During his doctoral studies, he developed and published several cutting-edge deep learning–based methodologies for health informatics in high-impact, top-tier journals.

May 2026: Built a cloud-deployed multi-agent clinical AI backend using LangGraph, FastAPI, and Azure OpenAI/App Service for patient-message triage, specialty routing, mock clinical tool calls, safety checks, and structured responses (GitHub Repo and the Product).
April 2026: Built a RAG-based multilingual IT support chatbot using Meta Llama-3.1-8B-Instruct as the generator, BGE-M3 for retrieval, BGE reranking, and FAISS vector search. Fine-tuned the generator with QLoRA SFT on the support-ticket data and evaluated performance using retrieval quality, reranked evidence relevance, lexical F1, ROUGE-L, and generated response quality metrics (GitHub Repo).
February 2026: Fine-tuned the Qwen2.5-1.5B-Instruct language model to improve its performance on medical Q&A tasks (GitHub Repo).
